COLUMBUS, Ohio—A car-versus-semi crash restricted traffic and seriously injured a driver Friday afternoon.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

The two-vehicle crash involved a car and a tractor trailer and occurred on Interstate 270 northbound at U.S. Route 33 near Dublin.

The crash happened before 3:30 p.m.

The car became lodged under the semi’s second trailer.

The car’s driver was extricated from his vehicle and was transported to OSU Medical Center Main in serious condition.

The freeway was restricted to one northbound lane at U.S. Route 33 for several hours. The restriction was lifted by 5:30 p.m.
