Portion Of I-270 NB Reopens On Northwest Side

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Authorities closed a portion of Interstate 270 northbound on the city’s Northwest Side after an accident early Sunday afternoon.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

The crash happened after 12:30 p.m. on I-270 northbound near at the Tuttle Crossing exit.

The freeway reopened to traffic close to 1:07 p.m.

The crash involved a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle, according to Dublin fire.

Authorities were on the scene, and closed the freeway so Med-Flight could land.

There were injuries out of the accident. CPD dispatcher reports indicated the crash could have been fatal to at least one victim.
