COLUMBUS, Ohio—A single-vehicle crash closed an exit ramp from state Route 104 westbound on the city’s South Side Tuesday afternoon.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Authorities were called to the scene at about noon Tuesday. The exit was reopened before 4:30 p.m.

Authorities closed the exit from westbound S.R. 104 to Lockbourne Road.

A vehicle struck a tree, and one person was transported to Grant Medical Center in life-threatening condition.

NBC 4 initially reported S.R. 104’s westbound lanes were closed per Columbus police. That was incorrect.
