COLUMBUS, Ohio—A portion of Interstate 71 in the Downtown split reopened to traffic after an accident involving a semi and a resulting fuel spill.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Southbound I-71 at Interstate 70 reopened on the east side of the split shortly before 2 p.m.
Authorities closed the freeway shortly before 11:30 a.m.
A tractor-trailer jackknifed, and diesel fuel was spilled on the roadway.
There was no access from I-71 southbound to I-70 westbound.

Yeah, the speed limit there is 55 but everyone ignores it.
How come the city has traffic cameras all over the 70 splits but we never see footage of any of these accidents?
Perhaps we should raise the speed limit to 75 for trucks.
Isn’t this about same spot another truck did the same thing recently?
