UPDATE: Authorities reopen a North Side entrance ramp after a semi overturned Thursday afternoon.
COLUMBUS, Ohio—An overturned tractor trailer closed a North Side entrance ramp for a little more than an hour Thursday.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
The U.S. Route 23 southbound ramp to I-270 eastbound was closed shortly before 1 p.m.
It was reopened shortly after 2 p.m.
No more immediate information was available.

270 is basically a circle. It seems goofy to try and reference a direction of travel as “north, south, east or west” when traveling in a circle.
I propose we start referencing travel on 270 as clockwise and counter-clockwise.
So this particular accident closed the ramp going from 23 South to 270 clockwise. :o)
I drove through there soon after it happened.
The ramp from 23 S to 270 E is the one that is closed. You can still get on 270 W from 23 S.
I-270 runs east-west at US 23 on the north side.
