UPDATE: Authorities reinstate access to Interstate 270 northbound on the city’s East Side after a vehicle fire.

COLUMBUS, Ohio—A vehicle that caught fire restricted access to Interstate 270 northbound on the city’s East Side Monday morning.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Drivers on Interstate 70 westbound weren’t able to access I-270 northbound for a little more than a half-hour.

The restriction went into effect before 8 a.m. and was lifted by 8:30 a.m.
