TO ENTER
17. Entries will be accepted beginning October 20, 2008 at 12:01 a.m., ET and ending October 18, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Entry Period"). Each week during the Entry Period, a minimum daily prize of $50.00 will be available. This number is subject to increase depending on the amount of cash that has "rolled over" from the previous week(s) since last verified winner (if any) was selected. The Game consists of two steps:
18. STEP ONE: SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY FORM: First, you must submit an entry form during the Entry Period in accordance with the deadlines described below. You are limited to one (1) entry form per person, per household. There are two ways to submit your entry form: a. Log onto http://www.nbc4i.com/midwest/cmh/daytime/cash.html and complete an Official Entry Form with the following required information: (i) name, (ii) address, (iii) telephone number, (iv) e-mail address, and confirmation that you are over 18; or
b. Hand-deliver or mail a letter/postcard to Sponsor, Calling 4 Cash Watch & Win Game c/o WCMH-TV NBC 4, 3165 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43202, hand-printed or typed with the following information: (i) name, (ii) address, (iii) telephone number, (iv) e-mail address, and (v) age.
19. Online entrants will see a web page confirming the entry after submission. Online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Uses of automated devices are not valid for entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household.
20. To be eligible for a daily prize on a particular day, all entries (regardless of the method of entry) must be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59 P.M. ET on the preceding day. Entrants who fail to provide any of the information required above will not be eligible to win and will not be notified by Sponsor. All Entry Forms become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
21. STEP TWO: WATCH DAYTIME COLUMBUS: Once you have submitted your entry form, watch Daytime Columbus, Monday – Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. ET on NBC 4, WCMH-TV during the Entry Period. Each day during that time, the Daytime Columbus Host will announce the prize value of the day. The prize value will be the combined amount of that day’s $50.00 daily prize plus the cash that has accumulated in the current prize pool as a result of the prize money that has "rolled over" since the last time that a verified winner (if any) was selected. After announcing the prize value, the Host will select one entry form at random from all of the entry forms received prior to the relevant deadline. The Host then will attempt to call that entrant using the telephone number provided on his/her entry form. The Host will allow the phone to ring 10 times before disconnecting. If the call is answered by an answering machine, the Host will disconnect. If your name is selected and you are called by the Host, you will be asked what the current prize value is. Subject to verification of eligibility, if you tell the Host the correct answer on your first attempt, you will be declared that day's winner. Entrants who do not personally and directly speak to the Host at that time or do not give the correct answer on their first attempt will not be eligible.
22. In the event that you are either declared a winner or determined to be ineligible for any reason, your name will be removed from the entry pool and you will no longer be eligible to play for ninety days. If your name is selected but you are not declared a winner for any reason other than ineligibility, your name will remain in the entry pool and you will continue to be eligible to potentially play and win a prize.
23. If there is no winner on any given day, the accumulated prize amount will roll-over into the prize pool available for the next day. The prize pool will continue to increase in this manner until the next verified winner (if any) is selected or until the Game has ended on October 19, 2009. If no winner is selected before the Game ends on October 19, 2009, any remaining prize pool will not be awarded. No daily games will take place (and therefore the prize pool will not increase) on any day(s) that Daytime Columbus does not air for any reason. It is possible that the game will end without any winner being declared and without any prize being awarded.
24. The information that you provide in connection with the Game may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is found at http://www.nbc4i.com/midwest/cmh/about/terms_and_conditions.html and which may be updated from time to time.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
25. All potential winners will be verified by station personnel immediately after they provide the correct answer for the daily prize value to the Host. Winners may be asked to provide Sponsor with valid identification and execute an affidavit of eligibility and, where legal, a publicity release. Acceptable identification includes a valid driver’s license or other valid picture ID showing name and address. Faxes will not be accepted. The winners may also be required to sign other legal documents, including tax forms and a release supplied by Sponsor which, among other disclaimers, releases Sponsor and a range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, franchisees, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to the Game and the receipt and use of the prize. Upon verification of eligibility, the names of winners may be posted on the Sponsor’s website at www.nbc4i.com.
26. In the event that any potential winner (a) fails to satisfy any eligibility or verification requirement herein, (b) declines to accept the prize, (c) or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, that person will be disqualified and forfeit any claim to the prize and no alternate winner will be selected.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
27. By accepting a prize, winners agree to award Sponsor the right to publicize their names, photographs (including the use and appearance of winner's photograph on Sponsor's web page), likenesses, biographical information, e-mail address, voices and details of winning for purposes of this and future promotions without further compensation, except where prohibited.
