A pair of West Virginia prison inmates are on the loose after escaping from a minimum-security work camp just outside the Mount Olive Correctional Facility.

On Saturday night just before 8:30 p.m., 47-year old Kevin Wells became involved in a verbal altercation over money in the area of Jefferson and East 12th Avenues.
