Vapor Cloud From Chemical Leak Dissipating

DOVER, OhioFire officials say a vapor cloud from a large hydrochloric acid spill at an east-central Ohio plant is dissipating, and no injuries have been reported.  Dover Fire Chief Brooks Ross says more than 27,000 gallons of the chemical leaked from a storage tank at Dover Chemical Corporation near Interstate 77 at about 12:55 a.m. Saturday.
