BOOM! Central hosted by WNCI 97.9 opens on Long Street east of Neil Avenue

11:00 a.m.
The Midway presented by the Ohio National Guard Opens
The midway is the best place to find hundreds of food vendors, games and inflatables transforming Washington Boulevard into a street carnival.
Long Street presented by the U.S. Army
This area, located by North Bank Park, will be filled with vendors, an entertainment stage, and the WNCI BOOM! Central. Plus, it's a great place to view the fireworks!

12:00 p.m.
Children's Park presented by COSI opens at Battelle Park
With entertainment presented by Meijer.
Thousands of children, moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas flock to Children's Park presented by COSI. Fun games, educational activities, face painting and more keep children entertained for hours.
Entertainment presented by Meijer begins at Genoa Park Stage

2:00 p.m.
Entertainment presented by Mejier begins at Long Street Stage

3:00 p.m.
WCOL Taste of BOOM! stage presented by the Arena District Opens
Entertainment presented by Meijer.
Taste of BOOM! presented by the Arena District and Coors Light on Nationwide Boulevard in the exciting Arena District comes alive with its very own street party! featuring great food from Columbus' top restaurants, LIVE music from popular local bands, and interactive games from the Blue Jackets and Columbus Crew.

5:00 p.m.
BOOM! Central hosted by NBC 4 opens on the north end of the midway at the corner of Broad Street and Washington Boulevard

6:00 p.m.
Ohio Air National Guard flyover
AEP Independence Day Parade
The parade starts on Broad Street at COSI heading east and marches north on Front Street

10:00 p.m.
FIREWORKS!
The fireworks will be shot from Veterans Memorial on the north side of Broad Street with the Grand Finale presented by Marathon.

10:30 p.m.
Entertainment presented by Meijer resumes on Genoa Park Stage, Long Street Stage and WCOL Taste of BOOM! Stage
