This recipe is from NBC 4 Expert Dietitian Gina Casagrande.
INGREDIENTS
Substitute 1/2 cup egg beaters for 2 eggs beaten
Substitute 2 1/3 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze for 2-1/3 cup 1% milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp Splenda or Purevia/Truvia (depending on your preference) for 2 Tbsp sugar
Substitute 1 dash ground nutmeg (I put more than a dash in mine!)
DIRECTIONS
Mix everything together. Serve chilled. Makes 3 servings.
You also can add 1 shot of bourbon or spiced rum if you like.
Calories before changes (without alcohol): 200
Calories after changes (without alcohol): 80
Calories before changes (with alcohol): 300
Calories after changes (with alcohol): 180
