HAMILTON, Ohio -- A 15-year-old without a license has been charged in southwest Ohio with aggravated vehicular homicide and drunken driving in a car crash that killed a passenger.

Police in Hamilton said Thursday they also have charged David Lee Egner of Hamilton with reckless operation. He is free on electronic monitoring as he recovers from his injuries and must appear in court Dec. 22.

Investigators say Egner was at the wheel when he lost control and hit a tree and a telephone pole on Nov. 24. A passenger, 25-year-old Louis Senger of Hamilton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
