COLUMBUS, Ohio -- On November, 15 2008, The Columbus Division of Police Homicide Squad were called to 2110 Lockbourne Road on a reported shooting.
Twenty-seven-year-old Ramon Ramos was pronounced dead a day later at Grant Hospital.
After investigation by the detectives, it was revealed that there was a fight at the location when the victim had been shot.
Police arrested 22-year-old Javier Gonzales Humberto in connection with the shooting. Detectives believe this is a gang-related homicide because Humberto is a member of the MS-13 gang.
