CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - Ohio's first sextuplets are now four, and they've been counting down the days until Christmas. Their mom -- 34-year-old Jennifer Hanselman -- says this is the first holiday season in which the children are old enough to understand the excitement of Christmas.
On Christmas morning, the children will be allowed to tear open gifts in the living room. And what the children say and do gives their mom material for an emerging literary career. Hanselman has done two books about her life with one of the few sets of sextuplets in the U.S. She says the key to survival is simply being alert to just how bizarre the circumstance can be and then expressing it.
