Partly cloudy skies, colder temps and a low of 29 degrees are in tonight's forecast.
A massive cold front stretches from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico, and it’s passing through our neck of the woods this morning. As it moves through, we’ll have plenty of rain. The temperatures will begin to fall behind the front. We’re starting the day in the 60s. (We set a new record high yesterday of 68.) Temps will fall into the upper-20s by Monday morning. A very weak front will sweep through the state Monday night but doesn’t have much in the way of energy or moisture. So, not expecting any precip out of that one. However, a huge low-pressure center barges into Ohio Wednesday, bringing rain and a wintry mix for New Year’s Eve. The precip should let up in time for late-evening celebrations. High pressure makes an appearance for New Year’s Day.
