VILLA HILLS, Ky. -- Police are trying to identify the body of a young man found floating among debris in the Ohio River at the Villa Hills Marina in Northern Kentucky.
Police told the Kentucky Enquirer that they haven't identified the body and are awaiting an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
The marina owner, Steve Coleman, found the body at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday while clearing debris between the dock and the shore. He said the man was very short, about 5 feet 3 inches tall, and wearing baggy pants.
Villa Hills Police Officer James Wendeln says the body didn't have any identification, and there wasn't visible evidence of an assault.
The body was transported to the Kenton County Coroner's Office to await autopsy.
