Two School-Bus Accidents In One Day

COLUMBUS, Ohio – On Tuesday afternoon two school buses were involved in minor accidents.


A bus and car collided near the intersection of Karl Road and Norma Road on the North Side, NBC 4's David Wayne reported.


The car allegedly ran the red light and hit the bus. One student and two other people were transported from the accident with minor injuries.


In an unrelated accident, an SUV and an MRDD bus collided on Busey Road in Pickerington. Both the bus and the SUV went off the road at which time the SUV crashed into a tree.


Two people riding in the SUV were taken to Nationwide's Children's Hospital with minor pains. No one on the bus was hurt.
