DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio -- A second person died from injuries suffered in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday in northern Delaware County.

Donald L. Snyder, 71, of Marion died at 5:45 a.m. Thursday at Grant Medical Center, NBC 4 reported.
Snyder was driving a Honda Civic north on state Route 4, north of Hoskins Road, when the car failed to stop, OSP said. The car hit a dump truck stopped in traffic at 9:10 a.m.
Aaron T. Swartz, 26, also of Marion was a passenger in Snyder's car. He was flown to Ohio State University Medical Center where he died Wednesday.
The truck driver was not injured.
Patrol told NBC 4 Snyder's vehicle appeared to have been at fault in the mishap.
