COLUMBUS, Ohio – A man pleaded guilty to voyeurism and pandering sexual oriented matter involving a minor Monday.

Daniel Fowler, 39, pleaded guilty to seven charges of voyeurism and one count of pandering sexual oriented matter involving a minor in a Franklin County courtroom.
Fowler was arrested in August 2008 after police found child pornography on Fowler’s computer.
Upper Arlington Police detectives executed a search warrant at Fowler's home at 4080 Owsley Dr., Columbus, as a result of an eight-month investigation into the possession and distribution of child pornography.
He was charged with two counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance.
Investigators discovered several cameras and media recorders wired throughout the house.
Authorities said Fowler found his victims in his own back yard; police said his pool was the bait for his young victims.
Evidence indicated Fowler was using the cameras to record these juveniles in various states of undress as they prepared to swim without their knowledge.
Police continued the investigation and recovered four computer systems, more than 100 VHS tapes and five cameras.
Sentencing was scheduled for Friday, May 29, in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
