DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio -- A deputy clocked a driver allegedly going 126 mph early Wednesday.

Eddy Crank Jr., 42, was traveling more than double the speed limit on state Route 37 at 3:30 a.m., the Delaware County sheriff's deputy said. That's near Baker Road in Berlin Township.
The deputy said he clocked Crank's vehicle speed at 126 mph in a 55-mph zone.
Crank failed a field sobriety test and had blood-alcohol content more than the legal limit.
Crank was charged with an OVI and reckless operation after a deputy performed a traffic stop.
Crank was scheduled to appear in court Friday, April 10.
