HUDSON, Ohio -- Police say they have found the bodies of an Ohio woman and her adult son buried behind a house that was destroyed in a suspected arson.
Sixty-four-year-old Patricia Knudson and her 42-year-old son, John, had been missing since last Sunday, when Knudson's $600,000 home went up in flames. The property was scheduled to be foreclosed days later.
Their bodies were discovered Saturday in a shallow grave behind the house in Hudson, about 20 miles southeast of Cleveland.
Another son, 39-year-old Michael Knudson, has been charged with aggravated arson and is in Summit County Jail on $1 million bond. It was unclear whether he had an attorney.
Authorities expect autopsies this week to determine how his mother and brother died.
