COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A man was struck by bullets when shots were fired into an East Side duplex Tuesday.

The incident began right before 7 p.m. Tuesday with an altercation in front of 1741B E. Mound St., according to CPD.
After the altercation, one group of people left the address in a dark-colored SUV.
The SUV returned to the area after a short time and someone inside the vehicle fired shots into the residences at 1741 E. Mound St., CPD said.
Michael Rogers, 40, was struck several times by the spray of bullets.
Rogers was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition.
It remained unclear whether Rogers knew those involved in the altercation that occurred before the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
