XENIA, Ohio -- An Ohio man accused of harassing women and girls while wearing a one-piece, green woman's swimsuit has been sentenced to three years of probation.
Forty-one-year-old Kevin Miller of the Dayton area also was given 180 days in jail on Thursday. But the judge allowed him credit for time already served and suspended the rest of the jail term as long as he stays out of trouble.
The sentencing came immediately after Miller pleaded guilty to two counts of public indecency and one count of menacing. Five similar charges were dropped as part of a deal with prosecutors.
Miller was arrested in his community of Sugarcreek Township in June. A prosecutor said he partially exposed himself while wearing the swimsuit and chased two women and two girls.
