COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Four suspects invaded a North Side home and shot a homeowner Thursday morning, according to police.

Columbus police were called to 1899 Cooke Road at 5:10 a.m. on reports of a shooting.
Officers found Quang Tran, 34, inside the home with one gunshot wound to his torso.
Four male suspects kicked in Tran's door and shot him inside his home, according to a CPD report.
Tran was transported to OSU Medical Center Main in stable condition.
Assault-squad detectives interviewed witnesses at the scene but didn't have a motive or suspects currently.
