COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Fire destroyed a South Side home Thursday morning, but no one was injured.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Columbus fire was called to 838 Hilock Rd. at about 10 a.m.
Fire crews were forced to fight the fire from the outside (or go into defensive mode) after the home's ceiling started to cave in.
There also were boxes of ammunition in the house.
The homeowner told fire officials she left the home about 15 minutes before the fire started.
No one was injured in the fire.
The cause of the fire hasn't been determined currently.
