Thief Steals Family's Memories Of Late Infant Son

» 0 Comments | Post a Comment

A North Carolina family who lost their 4-month-old son to sudden infant death syndrome is suffering another devastating loss after their home was broken into and all of the videos of their son were taken.

Lindsey Jones and her husband came home to find their backdoor kicked in.

The thief had stolen their Xbox, Wii gaming system, jewelry and a camcorder—items they say can be replaced, except for the video of little Ayden.

Mrs. Jones says the person who stole the camcorder took the only video they have of Ayden coming home for the first time.

“Memories can’t be replaced, things can. Things that were taken can be replaced, but that memory of that is gone now, we have in our minds, but the tangible proof is gone,” said Jones.

The family says the person who stole it can return it with no questions asked. They just want the video of Ayden back.
