RUSSELLVILLE, Ohio -- State fire marshal's investigators have ruled that a house fire that killed two people in southern Ohio was accidental.
Officials in a statement Wednesday blamed the fire on the failure of an overloaded extension cord.
The Brown County coroner's office has not yet positively identified the two victims.
The homeowner and another person escaped the Monday night fire.
