COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Roads crews have been out overnight clearing main roadways to make your morning commute easier and safer.
NBC 4's Tom Brockman reported with the FAST FACTS.
Conditions on major roadways and freeways were wet and slushy before 7 a.m. But traffic was moving fairly well.
Many side streets were snow-covered, slushy and slippery.
ODOT told NBC 4 it has 94 plows out in eight Central Ohio counties Thursday morning.
ODOT was concentrating on plowing and salting interstates, state and U.S. routes, ramps and
bridges.
Its 94 crews began working right after midnight when the snowfall started to increase, ODOT said.
