COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Authorities are offering a reward for information in connection with two break-ins on the city’s west side.
According to police, on Dec. 30, between the hours of 5 p.m. and 9 a.m., two people entered the Secure It personal storage facility on Georgesville Road in a light-colored pick-up truck with a design on the hood.
Police said the suspects entered using a random entry code and cut the locks off three storage units and stole various items.
The suspects used the same access code to exit the facility, and the incident was caught on surveillance video, police said.
Then, on Jan. 8, the same suspects were seen on security video using the same code to enter the Secure It personal storage facility with a different pick-up truck.
Once inside, the three suspects cut the locks off two storage units and stole various items.
The suspects left the scene in the truck with the stolen items in the bed of the truck.
