CLEVELAND -- Couples can get married at the mall on Valentine's Day in Cleveland, where a downtown shopping center will have three judges on hand for ceremonies Saturday.
Husbands- and brides-to-be showing up at Tower City with a marriage license can get hitched for $20 as Cleveland Municipal judges hold court at the center's grand staircase.
The enclosed mall will have special decorations and music for the Valentine's Day nuptials and will raffle a night's stay at the adjacent Ritz-Carlton hotel.
