CINCINNATI -- It turned out to be an unlucky night for a 23-year-old Ohio fugitive.
Authorities say an off-duty Cincinnati police officer spotted Dominik Ushery this week at southeast Indiana's Argosy Casino. Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor Patrick Dressing says Ushery was playing blackjack Tuesday night.
Dressing declined to identify the officer, who notified the Gaming Commission that has jurisdiction at the casino. Ushery was then arrested.
He was being held Friday in the Hamilton County Jail on $250,000 bond. Ushery is charged with trafficking in cocaine and three counts of participating in a criminal gang.
