MIFFLIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Hazmat crews were called to an East Side commercial building, and two people were transported to a local hospital.

Mifflin Township and Columbus fire departments responded to Global Express Services at 750 Cross Point Road shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday.
Global Express Services received two envelopes addressed to the business with a powdery substance inside.
Two people were exposed to the unknown substance. Those two people were transported to Mount Carmel East for evaluation and skin showers.
After an investigation, it was determined the unknown substance was cornstarch.
Eight to 10 people were evacuated from the building. People were allowed back in the building at 3:45 p.m.
No one else was injured.
