LANCASTER, Ohio -- Early this morning, Lancaster Police were called to the 1200 block of Sheridan Drive in Lancaster on a reported vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. Upon investigation of the call, the pedestrian involved, Charles D. Cain Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene. Further investigation revealed that Jeffrey Davis was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash. The investigation continues and it is unknown if there will be any charges brought against Davis.
