COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A woman lost control of her truck on a South Side road overnight Friday, police said.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS Friday.
Columbus police said the woman lost control on Marion Road and crashed into a fire hydrant and a tree.
The tree crashed down on top of her truck, and some of the branches broke through the windows.
Firefighters couldn't cut down the tree because of its size. Professional tree cutters were called in to assist.
The woman was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
CPD said it believes alcohol might have been a factor in the crash.
CPD continued to investigate.
