COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Central Ohioans should expect partly sunny skies, freezing breezes and isolated afternoon flurries Tuesday.

Storm Team 4 Meteorologist Bob Nunnally is calling for partly sunny skies, biting breezes, isolated afternoon flurries and a high of 19 degrees today.

Partly cloudy skies, lighter winds and a frigid low of 5 degrees -- near -5 with wind chills -- are in tonight's forecast.
