GAHANNA, Ohio -- Police were called to an apartment in Gahanna Friday after a resident called, saying a large amount of blood was dripping from her ceiling.
According to Gahanna police, the resident called authorities about blood dripping from her apartment ceiling on Meadowgreen Circle at about 1:15 p.m.
Police forced entry into the apartment above the caller's unit and initially said they found a lot of blood, but no victim. The liquid that was previously thought to be blood was identified by police as some kind of sewage.
The apartment was located behind the Gahanna Police Department and near Gahanna Lincoln High School.
