CINCINNATI -- Police in suburban Cincinnati say a 10-year-old boy fell from an SUV his mother was driving and the vehicle ran over one of his legs.
He was taken to a hospital after Monday's accident but his condition was not released.
Police in Springdale say 29-year-old Buacca Singh of Middletown was taking a bag of trash to a bin in a motel parking lot, but it was too big to fit in their Dodge Durango so her son was holding it outside the sport-utility vehicle.
Police say she told them the passenger-side door was open and that her son fell out when the vehicle lurched forward.
No charges were filed but an investigation is continuing.
