CINCINNATI -- Vice President Joe Biden is expected in Cincinnati this week to talk about the federal economic stimulus package.
The White House says Biden on Thursday will visit a former American Can Co. factory, which is being converted into apartments and commercial space in a $22 million makeover.
The city wants to use $1.6 million in community development block grant money from the federal stimulus package on the project.
Biden, who was appointed by President Barack Obama to oversee the spending of federal stimulus money, has been traveling the country to see stimulus projects.
