COLUMBUS, Ohio -- On January 11 at about 2 p.m., a group of men in a pick-up truck entered a self-storage facility on Valleyview Drive to break into storage units.
Surveillance video shows the men cutting the locks on the units and stealing everything from tools to tires, police said.
Detective Gerald Milner of The Columbus Division of Police tells NBC 4, they apparently had a key code to access the main gate. When the Sunday afternoon burglary wasn’t enough, the suspects came back a few days later on foot, breaking into an additional eight storage units.
All three suspects are white men ranging in age from mid 20’s to early 40’s. In the first heist they were driving a Ford Ranger.
