FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio -- A man who allegedly was involved in a $9 million mortgage fraud scheme has been held on bond.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Benjamin F. Tubbs was last indicted last week for more than 40 alleged mortgage fraud crimes.
Tubbs surrendered to authorities Monday and was being held in Franklin County jail on a $1 million cash or surety bond.
Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said the nature of the case warranted the high bond.
