COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The U.S. Marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives and were looking for tips that lead to their arrests, NBC 4's Marcus Thorpe reported.

No. 1 – Nelson Romine
Romine, 27, is wanted for murder. It is alleged that on July 5, Romine shot and killed one person in a parking lot at the intersection of Fifth and Joyce avenues.
He is described as a black male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 154 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
No. 2 – Caltis Boyce
Boyce, 25, is wanted for violations of supervised release for possessing a firearm. He is described as a black male who is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 190 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
No. 3 – Tabias Hale a.k.a. Tiobas Hill
Hale, 25, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. He is described as a black male who is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.
