COLUMBUS, Ohio -- One local group says Ohioans should be able to vote on video slot machines.
Gov. Ted Strickland is hoping video slot machines at horse race tracks will bring in much needed revenue.
But one group called Let Ohio Vote says it should be up to voters to decide if the state has slots machines or not.
The group filed a lawsuit with the Ohio Supreme Court and hopes to put the measure on the 2010 November ballot.
