COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The U.S. Marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives and were looking for tips that lead to their arrests, NBC 4's Marcus Thorpe reported.

No. 1 – Dikenbe Locke
Locke, 19, is wanted for felonious assault. It’s alleged Locke shot a male in the face, critically wounding him. The alleged crime took place at about 10:29 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, near the intersection of McDowell Street and West Rich Street.
Locke was described as a black male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 260 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
No. 2 – Ezra Bowers
Bowers, 31, is wanted for rape and kidnapping. He was described as a black male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
No. 3 – Carlos Jackson
Jackson, 40, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. He was described as a black male who is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 234 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
No. 4 – Michael Holbrook
Holbrook, 24, is wanted for a probation violation on an original charge of felon in possession of a firearm. He was described as a white male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 210 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair.
