CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -- Fire officials ruled a mobile home fire as arson Tuesday morning.
The fire was set at the home on state Route 207 at about 12:30 a.m. in Union Township in Ross County.
Officials said the fire started on the outside of the home.
Two adults and two children were in the home at the time of the fire.
The home was equipped with smoke detectors, but there were no batteries in them, officials said.
The investigation is ongoing.
A reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to the identification of the person or persons responsible for the fire.
