DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio -- A family's alleged series of thefts ended in Delaware County last month, and four of the family's five members were arraigned Thursday.

Milan Konstantinov, 65, and 57-year-old Maria Konstantinov, daughters Kathy Konstantinov, 36, and 37-year-old Kelly Konstantinov and 34-year-old niece Julie Korotkov (a.k.a.Julie Konstantinov) were arrested Monday, May 15, at Drug Mart on South Old State Road in Orange Township.
Authorities said the family entered the store together and some members stole cosmetics while other family members distracted clerks.
The family is known nationally for traveling around the country committing thefts, according to the Delaware County prosecutor's office.
The family all are from the Chicago area.
Milan was indicted on one count each of felonious assault, robbery and possession of criminal tools.
The other members were indicted on one count each of complicity to robbery and possession of criminal tools.
Milan, Kelly and Maria and Korotkov were arraigned in Delaware County Common Pleas Court Thursday.
Kelly and Maria Konstantinov and Korotkov were given a $50,000 bond.
Milan was given a $150,000 bond.
The fifth family member, Kathy, was to be arraigned at 10 a.m. Friday before Judge Whitney.
A trial was set for Tuesday, July 21, 2009.
All five remained at the Delaware County jail.
