PIKETON, Ohio -- Thousands of construction jobs are coming to Central Ohio.
The Columbus Dispatch is reporting that a nuclear power plant will be built in Piketon in Pike County, adding that it could take a decade or more to build and could employ 4,000 construction workers.
Gov. Ted Strickland will be on hand for the official announcement on Thursday and Congresswoman Jean Schmidt's office told NBC 4 that she would be in attendance.
