COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus fire investigators arrested a suspect Wednesday after a man was injured in a Tuesday apartment fire.

Tony Pace, 44, was arrested by the Columbus fire and bomb investigative unit with the help of CPD.
Pace was interviewed and charged with one count of aggravated arson, a second-degree felony.
Columbus fire was called to a three-unit apartment building on the 3000 block of McGuffey Road just before 4 a.m.
That’s on the city’s North Side.
A man awoke to find curtains on fire; he grabbed the curtains to try to put out the fire.
The victim said he and another man who lives in the apartment were in an argument with a third man who threatened to set the place on fire.
The victim was transported to OSU Medical Center Main with first- and second-degree burns on his hands and feet.
Only one of the units was damaged in the fire.
Pace was being held in the Franklin County jail.
