COLUMBUS, Ohio -- CPD continued to look for four suspects after a man was shot Monday evening.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Billy Joe Stafford, 40, was walking southbound on North Princeton Avenue in Franklinton when he was confronted by four men, CPD said.
That was at about 5:15 p.m. Monday.
Stafford said told them he did not want any problems and tried to go around them.
One of the suspects produced a revolver and fired at Stafford, striking him once in the left side of his abdomen, CPD said.
The suspects fled southbound on Princeton Avenue.
Stafford described the suspects as four black males.
Stafford was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
