CINCINNATI -- An unemployed Cincinnati man who allegedly said he planned to kill his former boss was intercepted by police and is being held on $525,000 bond.
Police say 28-year-old John Rosser told the property manager at his apartment complex on Monday that he couldn't pay his rent, then put on fatigues and armed himself with a handgun and several knives.
Detective Jeff Dunaway says it was "like a Rambo situation."
Police found Rosser near the downtown convention center and arrested him. He's been charged with carrying a concealed weapon and attempted murder. The former employer has not been identified.
Court records do not indicate if Rosser entered a plea to either charge. His court-appointed attorney did not immediately return a call Wednesday.
