Pedestrian Struck And Killed On East Side

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Columbus Division of Police were called to the intersection of East Broad Street west of Taylor Station Road on the city’s east side just before midnight Saturday morning. Police tell NBC 4, a 67-year old man was taken to Mount Carmel East where he died from his injuries. Alcohol is not suspected on part of the vehicle operator, alcohol is unknown for the pedestrian. The name of the victim is being withheld pending next of kin notification.
